Specifications
If you have ordered print work, you must submit the designs on time. Check the deadlines for when the designs need to be received by us and see the submission specifications below.
Seamless Prints
Print files: graphic files can be uploaded to our event uploader. After placing an order, you will receive a direct link and more information about uploading the files via email.

Printed Stand Panels
Printed stand panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the panels with you, please notify the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the fair. The panels must be taken immediately after the event ends. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to store the panels.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first day of the fair that you want to take the panels, they will be recycled immediately after the event.
Other Print Work
The specifications for other print work such as All-in Plus banners, printed fascia boards, Easy Eyecatcher prints, counter stickers, etc., will be provided after ordering the desired product.
All banners, printed fabrics, and panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the print work with you, please inform the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first day of the fair. The prints must be taken immediately after the last day of the fair. Dismantling is done by Easyfairs and/or the respective supplier. Unfortunately, there is no possibility to store print work.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first day of the fair that you want to take the print work, it will be removed and recycled immediately after the event.
