The invitation service is part of the full-service concept and was created to make things easier for you. The invitation service is an important marketing tool that helps you attract high-quality visitors to the fair who contribute directly to your success.

Participating in this service is easy. Upload your contact list to our secure environment, and we will take care of a professional and personalized invitation featuring your company name.

It is currently not possible to sign up for our invitation service. As soon as the invitation service is available again, we will communicate this via our website.

The majority of Pumps & Valves visitors are reached via Easyfairs’ invitation service. This saves you all the time and costs normally associated with designing, printing, and sending invitations.

Your company name is displayed on the physical invitation, making it immediately clear to your contact that the invitation is being sent personally on your behalf. Contacts already in our email database will not receive a postal invitation, but rather an email containing a unique registration code. Your company name is also prominently displayed in this email.

You want to get the most out of your participation. The quality of the visitors is the determining factor in this. With a carefully compiled address list, you increase the chance of meeting exactly those contacts and prospects that are relevant to your organization.
