Various services and products are offered to ensure that your stand matches your wishes. The Event Services team helps you before and during the exhibition, when there are last-minute orders or questions.

  • The organization ans the Event Services team are always at your service and are happy to help you during the build-up, event and the dismantling.
  • Do you use the stand construction of Easyfairs? Then you receive a complete finished and cleaned stand unit: floor space, walls, lighting by duospots and floor coverings.
  • Enough parking space for you and your relations on the parking lot.
  • Prior to your participation, the Pumps & Valves organization offers you various means to promote your participation so you can meet the right target group during the event.
  • Free invitation service: 65% of the visitors come through the Easyfairs invitation service. You save tima and costs that you would normally lost! We will state your company name in the invitation. This makes clear that you personally invited the prospect/customer.
