Electricity

Water

Electrical connections can be requested in the webshop. Installing your own generator is not permitted.

  • For machines with a frequency converter, an electrical connection for machines must be requested in the webshop.
  • Electrical connections will be switched off after the exhibition closes. If machines require electricity 24 hours a day, please request night power via the webshop.

Water supply and/or drainage can be requested in the webshop. It is not permitted to use water from fire hoses. Standing water in the stand is only permitted if you comply with the rules regarding legionella prevention.

  • The water temperature must be kept below 25°C or above 50°C. Measure the temperature every two hours and keep a logbook.
  • Water pipes and equipment that atomize water must be flushed regularly, especially when they have not been used for an extended period.
  • Disinfect water installations with chlorine or other biocides.
    Document and record all activities and measures taken for legionella prevention.

Compressed air

Internet/WiFi

Compressed air can be requested via the webshop. You must connect the machines yourself. The hoses will be laid during the setup.

Compressed air is available:

From 13:00 on the last setup day until 1 hour after closing time on the last exhibition day.

Do you need to use compressed air earlier and/or for a longer period? Then please contact Event Services.

We offer wired internet and Wi-Fi via the webshop. Please see the webshop for the various options.

Setting up your own wireless network is not permitted.

If you depend on stable internet, we recommend requesting a wired internet connection instead of Wi-Fi.
