J-Tec Material Handling is your process partner for solids and liquids handling.
Our material handling and process engineering solutions are provided to leading players in the chemical and food industries all over the world. We design, supply, build and maintain processing systems for high quality powder, pellets and liquids. J-Tec delivers complete turnkey and greenfield plants as well as single process lines.

We can take care of entire projects, from product and process testing in our test facilities, mechanical and electrical engineering, to construction, start-up and maintenance of your installation. J-Tec Service can provide spare parts, maintenance and repairs of your installation and training of your staff.

Snacks & Baked Food
Producing the highest quality snacks, whether they’re biscuits, crisps, cereal, pizza or bread, always starts by preparing the perfect dough. Every snack or food is made unique by adding one or more creams, flavourings, seasonings or by dipping it in chocolate! Our engineers are experienced in creating concepts for the automation of the storage, sieving, dosing and blending of dry and wet ingredients such as flour, starch, sugar, salt, yeast, oils and fat for producing dough and cream in a lean and clean way and adhering to the highest hygiene food standards.
Food Ingredients
High quality food ingredients, free of any kind of contamination, determine the quality of the final product, such as healthy and reliable baby food or the finest cookies, snacks and sweets. For designing and building installations that produce ingredients, J-Tec combines its expertise in building process installations for A-brand producers in the food industry with its knowhow in handling products such as lactose, starches, yeast, flavours, sugar, spices, flours, oils and fats. Plastic Compounding
