Create in-line measurement without disturbing product flow with a screw weigh system, which includes a weigh frame, load cell , junction box, speed pickup and screw conveyor. By providing a screw conveyor with a weigh system, bulk material flow is easily measured. The screw conveyor is mounted at the inlet in a set of special pivots and connected to a loadcell near the outlet and provided with a speed encoder. Two flexible connections take care of a dust tight inlet and outlet. This screw weigher is available for ATEX categories II2D and II3D (zone 21 and 22)

The Master BulkSlide is a solids flow meter that measures with accuracy from ± 0,5 percent. It can be used for most solid bulk products that are free flowing and nonsticky. The BulkSlide calculates the product flow and total by measuring the force of the bulk product as it contacts the curved plate within the BulkSlide assembly.

The WE503D is a multifunctional weight processor that can be used with a variety of dynamic weighing systems in most applications. It has two totalizers and provides a readout of the actual flow rate in kilograms per hour or tons per hour, or the total weight in kilograms or tons. In addition to the basic functions of dynamic weighers, the WE503D also has Batch functionality and a PID control function, which can be used to control the capacity in function of a setpoint.

DELLMECO DME (Electro-Mechanical Operated Double Diaphragm Pump) is a positive-displacement pump that transfers fluids by means of diaphragms operated by linear mechanism, which is being moved by electric motor. The casing in contact with the fluid is made of PE conductive (R…), PTFE conductive (Z…), Aluminium (A..), AISI 316 (S..), Cast Iron (C..), or AISI 316L (H.., Hygienic Stainless Steel). This pump is designed for the pumping of liquids, highly viscous and solid substance-containing media, as well as fluidizable powders.

Whereas initially, a dosing accuracy of 100 grams was sufficient for processing bulk materials, the demand came for a much more accurate dosing system. In response to this demand, our engineering department has developed a Micro Dosing System with an accuracy of 1 gram.
