    2. Sweco FUSION SCREENS - patented design with fused gasket

Sweco FUSION SCREENS - patented design with fused gasket

Fusion Screens are a revolutionary screen developed from a new technology that "fuses" the screen mesh to the tension ring. Fusion Screens have been designed to eliminate the use of adhesive, epoxy or silicone in screen manufacturing resulting in a unitary construction that minimizes the potential for contamination. Added benefits include precise repeatable tensioning and engineered uniform integral strain relief created from the complex robotic manufacturing process.

    3. Tailor-made Dust Extraction solutions solving complex industrial challenges resulting in Safe and Healthy Work Environments

Tailor-made Dust Extraction solutions solving complex industrial challenges resulting in Safe and Healthy Work Environments

Dust leading to Inefficient Processes, Explosion Risks and Operator Health issues Dust, in all it’s forms, is bad for operations in multiple ways. It can clog pipes, create unpleasant and unhealthy work environments and even lead to Explosive Atmospheres. Downtime due to maintenance or cleaning leads to repetitive tasks and inhaling dust or even UFP’s are leading to unhappy workers that would prefer to work somewhere else. Not knowing when the next unexpected stop or even explosion occurs, is not how you would like to run your site.

    4. TBMA Galahad Bag slitting and emptying system

TBMA Galahad Bag slitting and emptying system

The Galahad fully automatic bag cutting and emptying system has been TBMA's optimum bulk transfer solution for cutting and emptying various types of bag materials for more than four decades. The Galahad ensures continuous dust-free and hygienic emptying of the bags with a residual value between 0.01% and 0.05% for smooth-running products. The system can directly fill a bulk truck or be connected to a pneumatic or mechanical transport system. Depending on the characteristics of the product and the design of the bags, capacities of up to 50 tonnes per hour can be achieved. The standard version is good for a capacity of 20 tons per hour. For smaller components, TBMA has various dust-proof bag dumping cabinets, which - mobile or otherwise - can be integrated into a Big-Bag unloading installation.

    5. TD Serie

      TD Serie

Introducing the TD Series from LMI Pumps, the most versatile chemical metering pump on the market. This new generation of pumps boasts the most advanced control features from manual speed adjustment, to full SCADA integration and remote control, and available MODBUS, PROFIBUS and Bluetooth connected units. All TD Series Liquid Ends are new from LMI with improved materials, double ball check valves, and newly designed over-molded diaphragms proven to operate at continuous duty for over 40 million strokes. All Liquid Ends are designed with proven FASTPRIME™ technology for quick and easy commissioning and priming of the units. Available in 4 models, Manual, Advanced, COMMs Control Modbus TCP/RTU and COMMs Control Profibus, the TD Series pump fits seamlessly into your process control application. The Manual model offers simple speed control while maintaining the accuracy, precision, and durability of the enhanced drive system. The Advanced model offers numerous internal and external controls and a large TFT display to provide intuitive access to advanced features such as calibration assist, multiple digital IOs and speed input and output controls, batch and dose mode, slow mode, system and user totalizers, Bluetooth, and more. The COMMs model offers all the same functions as the Advanced model with the addition of industrial protocol communications.

    6. Temperature transmitter, model T38

      Temperature transmitter, model T38

Challenging environments require reliable temperature transmitters. In hazardous areas or in critical applications that don't allow any leeway, the processes must be as safe as possible. Because all downtime must be avoided and efficient plant operation must be guaranteed. To meet these challenges, we have developed the new, and state-of-the-art, T38 temperature transmitter. 7. The Essegi F800 for flat film

The Essegi F800 for flat film

Anyone looking to pack powders into flat film bags from 500 grams to 5 kilograms will be satified with an Essegi F800 packaging machine. The machine features vertical screw dosing. The product is partially vented during bagging and dosed directly into the bag. This way, no dust forms and the bags contain little air. This makes dosing easier and more accurate. When you choose the Essegi F800, you choose a machine that is simple in construction. This makes the machine easy to clean, maintain and use.

    8. Thermowell in ScrutonWell® design

      Thermowell in ScrutonWell® design

In order to avoid any damage to the thermowell during operation due to mechanical loads, a wake frequency calculation per ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2016 is recommended for critical process conditions. In case of a calculation with negative results, the only constructive solution so far was to shorten the thermowell stem or to increase the root and tip diameter, accepting a longer response time of the thermometer. The only other alternative up to now was to use a support collar to stabilise the thermowell stem inside the flange nozzle. This variant required an on-site machining of the collar to assure an interference fit in flange nozzles. The ScrutonWell® design reduces the amplitude of oscillation by more than 90 % 1) and allows an easy and fast installation of the thermowell without support collar, and thus without expensive and time-consuming rework on site. The WIKA ScrutonWell® design has been tested and approved by the independent laboratories TÜV NEL (Glasgow) and the Institute for Mechanics and Fluid Dynamics (Technical University of Freiberg). The ScrutonWell® design can be used for all kind of solid-machined thermowells with flange connection, in Vanstone design or for weld-in or threaded process connection. This helical design has been used successfully for decades in a wide variety of industrial applications to effectively suppress vortex-induced vibration excitation. Special features - The damping of vibrational excitation by helical strakes is a recognised state of the art in a wide variety of industrial applications - Easier and more cost-effective installation of the thermowell without any machining of the collar or nozzle compared to the conventional support of the thermowell with support collar - Optimised root design for improved bending strength

    9. Threaded resistance thermometer, model TR10-D

      Threaded resistance thermometer, model TR10-D

Resistance thermometers of this series are used for the measurement of liquid and gaseous media at low and medium pressures. The resistance thermometer is screwed directly into the process. The electrical connection is made via connection terminals in the connection head (splash-proof). The measuring inserts are available in two variants, depending upon the application. There is a choice between versions with a replaceable, spring-loaded miniature measuring insert and versions with a non-replaceable measuring resistor built directly into the thermowell tip. Insertion length, process connection and sensor can each be selected for the respective application. Special features - Sensor ranges from -196 ... +500 °C [-320 ... +932 °F] - Compact design - Universal application - Direct installation into the process - Explosion-protected versions are available for many approval types
