
Tube Conveyors
Tube conveyors are closed screw conveyor systems that have a long service life. They require little maintenance, and are a relatively cheap solution for transporting (very fine) powders, granules and granulates. Our EasyClean tube conveyors with a removable screw make cleaning and inspection very easy and fast. Sectors that have been using tube conveyors successfully for years include the (pet) food industry, and companies in the chemical and recycling sector. In these sectors, tube conveyors (dosing screws) are used, for example, for dosed feeding of raw materials for paints or for loading sugar. A tube conveyor can load powders, granules and granulate up to an angle of 90°. This is ideal in working situations where you want to bridge a height in a limited space using closed screw conveyor systems.

Turntables
Our stainless steel turntables can be delivered with a width of 1000, 1200 or 1500mm. The turntable has side-guides and the drive is equipped with a slow-start cooling fan. The turntable is supplied with an isolating switch and thermal protection.

TYR - Rotary lobe blowers

UPZ fine impact mill / pin mill
The fine impact mills belonging to the Ultraplex® UPZ product line are used for grinding finenesses in the range 50 µm to 5 mm. A wide range of grinding elements is available, making it possible to operate the UPZ as a pin mill if required.

Vacuum Conveying
A compact and cost friendly solution Gericke’s range of pre-engineered packaged vacuum conveying solutions have been designed to assist in unloading and refilling processes, driven by a venturi ejector or an electric vacuum pump. Dense phase systems can also be realized using high performance vacuum conveying systems. Over short distances, a dense phase conveying mode can be applied.

Vacuum Sampler
The HECHT Vacuum Sampler is ideally suited for closed and automated inline-sampling of powders and granulated materials from a product column. The special design for flush-wall-installation was recently patented: Due to its dead-space-free structure, the vacuum sampler neither contains mechanical parts protruding into the production flow, nor any hidden angles, which could complicate a thorough cleaning. Therefore, it is ideally suitable for poor flowing products and high-level hygienic- and Containment applications.

Vacuum transport systems VS-range
Vacuum transport systems, based on our own design and own production, which can be used for applications from 10kg/hr till 5.000kg/hr. Modulairly build, standard use of AISI316L, Ra 0,8µm finish. Naturally CE-conform and standard suitable for Atex zone 22, 21, 20 and 2. On request, also available for Atex zone 1 and transport of solids into even a Atex zone 0 (!)

VENTEX® ISOLATION VALVE
Application Ventex explosion isolation valves prevent propagation of dust explosions by blocking the shock wave and flame front. Ventex valves are passive valves meaning they will close without requiring any external energy input. This blender guarantees very good mixing results and complete discharge. It can be used as powder blender for dry powder, wet suspensions as well as liquids, paste and dough. The vertical mixer can be designed for compliance with FDA and 3-A Sanitary Standards to be used as a sterile mixer and reactor which also meets EHEDG requirements. Further characteristics of the powder blender and conical mixer - If the mixing process requires deagglomeration, high speed cutting rotors can be installed. - The mixing device is driven from the top, using only a single top bearing. - The conical mixer meets all industry standards for surface finish, including sanitary and pharmaceutical requirements. - Jacketed and vacuum rated versions are an ideal vacuum dryer or reactor.

Vertical conveyors
The vertical elevation of bulk goods is possible in more scenarios than is often thought. These machines are extremely suitable for bridging considerable heights in, for example, the recycling, chemical and meat processing industries. This is because very little floor space is required to obtain a high delivery height. Van Beek has been designing and manufacturing vertical screw conveyors for years. For example, where PET bottles or plastic parts need to be transported to a higher-level buffer or be conveyed to another follow-up process, a vertical screw conveyor can offer a solution. The same applies to shredder waste, for example. A screw conveyor can therefore prove to be a much more compact alternative to a belt conveyor. Another advantage compared to elevators is that with a vertical screw conveyor, there is no return. Vertical transport requires different features in a screw conveyor and the product feed, compared with horizontal or inclined conveying. Van Beek has decades of experience with this challenging application. We have developed many customised screw conveyor systems, and are therefore able offer solutions to many challenges.
