      ePKL - The electric impactor

The proven PKL range now has an electric option! The interval impactors from the PKL series are particularly well-suited for dislodging stubborn deposits on hopper walls, pipes, and containers. They eliminate rat-holes and bridging formation and assist with the complete emptying of containers. The ePKL operates electrically, making it highly versatile and suitable for use almost anywhere, even as a mobile unit with a rechargeable battery, for example at silos in remote locations without a power supply. The compact control unit triggers one-off or regular pulses. It can also be integrated into modern control systems and thus offers expandable, process-dependent options, such as integration into the measurement of the fill level in silos to avoid unnecessary impacts.

      EQUIPMENT

Products that can take care of your metering, emptying, distributing, and unloading needs. Basically put, the point where bulk material handling begins is the point where we already have the right solution for our tubular drag chain conveyors and alternative conveying systems as well. When it comes to our products and ourselves, no one’s more demanding than us. And that’s exactly why we didn’t just stop at our tubular drag chain conveyors and instead came up with the perfect accessories for handling your bulk material as well! Emptying stations, cell meters, loading sets, flat discharge gates, and two-way distributors – all of them fit perfectly into the Schrage universe while offering unparalleled Schrage quality.

The Experimental Explosion Lecture (ExELect) provides an unforgettable educational experience for participants. Who should attend • People who work with chemicals, gases and other materials • Technicians, supervisors, engineers, quality managers or safety, health and environmental managers at manufacturing plants • Staff who formulate policy, implement plans or influence procedures that are part of an employee safety program What you will experience • Physical explosions, chemical explosions, dust explosions • What happens when a pressurized liquid goes above its boiling point • How different kinds of vapours behave under different conditions • What an implosion looks like • And much more… How to prevent accidents At the end of the course, you will have a clear understanding of the risks involved when working with flammable or explosive materials. You can identify sources of ignition, the influence of geometry, confinement and other environmental risk factors. You will also know what safety precautions you can take to prevent explosive incidents. Customised for your organisation ExElect is a scalable portfolio of demonstrations, carried out at any location with the proper facilities: • ExELect Basic: This is a short course demonstrating experiments as part of your safety event. Duration: 2 hours • ExELect Full Workshop: This is a complete overview of the most common process safety subjects, explained by means of live demonstrations, theoretical background and discussion. Duration: 4 hours • ExELect Custom: This is a workshop consisting of subjects of choice that apply to the needs of your organisation. We encourage the use of examples from your real life practice - for that, your input is appreciated. An intake interview to prepare your tailored workshop is part of the service.

    4. EXKOP quench valve

      EXKOP quench valve

Firstly, the tried and trusted EXKOP QV II is now also available for dust class 2 and a reduced explosion pressure (pred) of up to 2 bar. In addition, the launch of the EXKOP QV III, the new big brother of the QV II, means it is now possible to protect lines with diameters of between 300 and 600 mm. With an innovative, space-saving design, it can even be installed in confined areas where space is at a premium. Direct integration of the pressure storage tank keeps the dimensions to the minimum.

    5. Expansion Joint

      Expansion Joint

Euro Manchetten offers 4 varieties of expansion joints. All are custom made, so please feel free to enquire about the possibilities for your specific situation. PTFE and woven expansion joints are the ideal solution for moving parts. With it's ability to endure axeral, lateral and angular movements this type of connection is a great solution for extreme moving conditions in pipe lines caused by mechanical and thermal influences. Rubber compensators are often used with varying temperatures and for different media, such as oils, gasses, water and foodstuffs. Highly flexible rubber expansion joints are a widely accepted construction element in many technical installations. When Rubber or woven expansion joints are no longer an option; Metal Expansion joints can be the solution. Whether it's extreme pressure, high temperatures or aggressive substances; Euro Manchetten can offer a wide range of custom made solutions that meet all strict safety regulations.

    6. Explosion Isolation Valve – FAV

      Explosion Isolation Valve – FAV

Explosion venting and explosion suppression protect process vessels from over pressurization. Explosion isolation keeps explosions from spreading throughout a process. By isolating the explosion, the effect is limited to the equipment where the explosion initially occurred. The Fike Explosion Isolation System proceeds through 3 basic sequences to provide successful activation: detection, initiation and closure of the valve. The explosion isolation valve is the critical element in the sequence of successful explosion isolation. The rapid closure provides the physical barrier, which prevents flame and pressure propagation beyond the isolating valve location

    7. EXTRACURVE Wide Radius Anti-Wear Pipe Elbows

EXTRACURVE Wide Radius Anti-Wear Pipe Elbows

WAM wear bends, an innovation against abrasive products. WAM has been active in bulk handling for more than 50 years. During this period, various products have been added to the WAM program that have provided an immediate advantage in terms of innovation. One of those articles is the large-radius wear bend EXTRACURVE®. The EXTRACURVE® is very suitable for processing abrasive powders and granules in pneumatic conveying systems with a pressure of up to 1.5 barg. These bends are widely used in sectors such as food, building materials, plastics and animal feed. The EXTRACURVE® has a radius of 900 mm and is made of innovative wear-resistant SINT polymer, the design and composition of which was developed by WAM itself. The polymer is softer than metal and therefore has a lower coefficient of friction. Another big advantage compared to metal bends is the installation of the EXTRACURVE®. The flexibility and adaptability make positioning much easier, while the durability is greatly improved. This model is also available in straight pieces. The features of the EXTRACURVE® - Diameters 50, 80, 100, 125mm - Anti-static and wear-resistant - Power supply suitable version SINT®AL - Divisible PN flanges - Low installation costs - Radius 900mm - Low noise level - Light and easy to lift

Facebook, literally faces overview, who's who...

We as Tubi Valves have made this for you, but for valves and instrumentation. On the basis of our "Facebook" you have an overview of the possibilities for the many types of components. We have made the overview with as little mention as possible to brands, but with the starting position to be able to easily "recognize". By mentioning as many options as possible in the form of images, you will also be able to see other possibilities for your application. Of course, we are always at your disposal without obligation to offer, select and advise you on the valves and fittings for your application.
