The proven PKL range now has an electric option! The interval impactors from the PKL series are particularly well-suited for dislodging stubborn deposits on hopper walls, pipes, and containers. They eliminate rat-holes and bridging formation and assist with the complete emptying of containers. The ePKL operates electrically, making it highly versatile and suitable for use almost anywhere, even as a mobile unit with a rechargeable battery, for example at silos in remote locations without a power supply. The compact control unit triggers one-off or regular pulses. It can also be integrated into modern control systems and thus offers expandable, process-dependent options, such as integration into the measurement of the fill level in silos to avoid unnecessary impacts.

Explosion venting and explosion suppression protect process vessels from over pressurization. Explosion isolation keeps explosions from spreading throughout a process. By isolating the explosion, the effect is limited to the equipment where the explosion initially occurred. The Fike Explosion Isolation System proceeds through 3 basic sequences to provide successful activation: detection, initiation and closure of the valve. The explosion isolation valve is the critical element in the sequence of successful explosion isolation. The rapid closure provides the physical barrier, which prevents flame and pressure propagation beyond the isolating valve location

VENTEX explosion protection valve protects plants, employees and the environment from damage in the event of an explosion. The shock wave from an explosion pushes the closing body onto the closing body gasket. The valve is sealed in a closed state and therefore effectively prevents the spread of flames and shock waves. The position of the valve can be transmitted to the control center with a switch.

EXTRABEND® are short radius Pipe Elbows that are inserted as a link in pneumatic conveying ducts. They are manufactured from a one-piece SINT engineering polymer cast. Their special geometry enables diversion of the material flow at minimum wear due to a dead zone at the point of diversion.

WAM wear bends, an innovation against abrasive products. WAM has been active in bulk handling for more than 50 years. During this period, various products have been added to the WAM program that have provided an immediate advantage in terms of innovation. One of those articles is the large-radius wear bend EXTRACURVE®. The EXTRACURVE® is very suitable for processing abrasive powders and granules in pneumatic conveying systems with a pressure of up to 1.5 barg. These bends are widely used in sectors such as food, building materials, plastics and animal feed. The EXTRACURVE® has a radius of 900 mm and is made of innovative wear-resistant SINT polymer, the design and composition of which was developed by WAM itself. The polymer is softer than metal and therefore has a lower coefficient of friction. Another big advantage compared to metal bends is the installation of the EXTRACURVE®. The flexibility and adaptability make positioning much easier, while the durability is greatly improved. This model is also available in straight pieces.
