Habermann slurrypumps
Habermann slurrypumps for heavy duty applications. The HPK centrifugal pump series, with elastic lining made of polyurethane polymers or rubber, metal or mineral casting, is preferably used for abrasive and/or corrosive media with a maximum grain size of 5 mm. This series comprehends single-stage centrifugal pumps with easily replaceable wear parts and re- adjustable suction gap. All wear parts that come into contact with media are protected by our innovative lining. This polyurethane lining materials are available in three different grades. The main fields of application of the metallic type of NPK centrifugal pumps are those involving high levels of wear.NPK vertical Through our careful selection of the best materials, NPK are also used for corrosive and abrasive media with grain sizes of up to 100 mm. The exceptional wall thicknesses and core hardness of the main wear parts, such as impellers, casings, wear plates, provide durable performances. As such the NPK solid pump enjoys an excellent service life and can withstand the most dverse pumping conditions. The NPK series contains single-stage centrifugal pumps with easily replaceable wear parts and re-adjustable suction gap. Our tie rods assembly system (across the casing covers) helps us to optimize the thread-free casing, its hardening and service life.

Handte Vortex Dual
The Vortex Dual wet scrubber is the preferred filtration solution to handle flammable and explosive metal dusts with fine to medium particle diameters as well as sparks with high fire load. The wet scrubber can be used with light to medium dust loads and combines the working principle of the Vortex wet scrubber with the disintegration principle which again increase the separation efficiency.

HDPV2 Gate
Designed to address higher-pressure applications up to 75 psig (5 barg) depending on size, the Vortex HDPV2 sets itself apart from traditional industry slide gates. The rising blade design provides positive material shut-off by means of an O-ring seal on the inlet of the valve. This design feature eliminates the issues related to packing or material causing abrasion to the end seal.

HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Locking System
Even under extremes of vibration or dynamic loads, the HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Locking System provides maximum reliability. When the bolt is tightened, the external radial teeth of the HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Lock System embed themselves in an interlocking fashion with the respective mating surface. If the securing system is subject to dynamic stress, movement is only possible between the internal washer surfaces. This results in an increase in the clamping force. * Certified system for securing bolts, working at low and high preload levels * Particularly suitable for dynamic loads – including when using lubricants * Can be re-used * Very easy to install and remove (wedge lock washers are supplied as a pre-assembled pair) * Also suitable for high-tensile bolts of 8.8, 10.9 and 12.9 and their respective nuts * Available in steel or stainless steel with narrow or wide bearing surfaces – other materials are available upon request * Available from M3 – M76 and ¼” – 3” - custom sizes upon request

HEICO-TEC Tension Nuts
For a secure joint with a HEICO-TEC® Tension Nut, no electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic tools are needed. All you need is a torque wrench. The HEICO-TEC® Tension Nut is unique in the fact that the pretension force of the large main thread is distributed to many smaller pressure bolts. Because the pressure bolts are smaller, a conventional torque wrench can be used to achieve the correct pretension force. This eliminates the need for complex, bulky, or heavy tools and makes securing large bolted joints more convenient and easy. * Easy, fast and reliable assembly of large bolted joints * High preload force due to torsion-free assembly * Controlled friction characteristics ensure the highest tightening and repeat accuracy * Losses from settlement of the joint do not occur and full capacity of the joint is achieved * Tension nuts and reaction nuts are compatible with common strength classes according to ISO 898-2 * Can be re-used several times * Standard available from M20-M120 strength class 8 and M20-M90 strength class 10 * Other strength classes, bolt sizes, thread types and thread pitches are available on request

HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool
Due to its unique design, the HEICO-TEC® Tension Nut can be tightened and untightened by hand, making installation easy, reliable and safe. For use in serial production, HEICO have developed the HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool. This tool allows the simultaneous tightening of all the pressure bolts, simply by the press of a button, without any additional force being required by the installation personnel. Design and Function The HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool is equipped with spindles for each pressure bolt which are driven hydraulically. This ensures that each pressure bolt is tightened with the exact same torque. With the HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool subsequent manual checking with a torque wrench, as is common with other tools, is no longer required, saving precious time. The HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool is easily mounted using spring-loaded sockets. During further alignment of the tool the sockets snap in place automatically. The HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool is driven by a hydraulic unit incorporating a pump, controls and an oil container. You can either use your existing hydraulic unit or purchase one from HEICO, if preferred. The torque can be selected by adjusting the hydraulic pressure on a pressure valve. A helpful conversion table is provided along with any HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool supplied. Advantages of the HEICO-TEC® Multi-Tool: * Simultaneous tightening of all the pressure bolts without any additional force being required * Multi-Tool is easily mounted using spring-loaded sockets * Existing hydraulic units can be used without any problem * For optimized serial applications

HEICO-TEC® Reaction Nuts
HEICO-TEC® Reaction Nuts are the ideal complement to the HEICO-TEC® Tension Nut for use with through-bolted connections. If you already enjoy the advantages of HEICO-TEC® Tension Nuts for active pre-tensioning, you need an equivalent reactive nut on the opposite end. Due to their special shape, HEICO-TEC® Reaction Nuts can flex elastically. And the more elastic a bolted joint is, the more durable and secure it is against untightening and loosening. Advantages of the HEICO-TEC® Reaction Nut: * Compatible with ISO 898-2 * Even load distribution through concave contact surface * Preload losses are effectively reduced * No additional space is required, tension nuts and reaction nuts have the same dimensions

Heubach and EN 15051 dust analysis
The EN 15051 standard and the DIN 55992 (Heubach) are the European standardized methods for the determination of dust generated by the handling of powders, granules, tablets, etc. These emissions tend to generate human diseases or cause other environmental effects. Depending on the methodology, the overall dustiness is assessed in mg/kg or when the more advanced methodology is used, the dust released can be classified into the inhalable, thoracic and respirable fraction associated with a different risk assessment. Following recent EU regulations, also the fraction of particles with an aerodynamic diameter < 10 micrometers can be assessed using one of these methods.
