IT1
The W&M approved weighing terminal is designed for industrial use in harsh environment for weighing, filling and checkweighing. The modular electronics with a multitude of interfaces (analog, serial, digital, Ethernet,…) is incorporated in a robust stainless steel housing protected to IP69K. The color display is very well legible, makes operation easy and indicates limit violations with a color change. The optional internal data archive can be used for online connections to PC systems. Service is made easy via remote access and an internal web browser, in the local net or over Internet, protected with the appropriate security mechanisms.
IT1 Ex2/22
W&M approved weighing terminal IT1 Ex2/22 for use in Ex zones 2 and 22 (ATEX II 3G Ex e ic IIC T4 Gc / II 3D Ex ic tc IIIC T135 °C Dc) with the same design and options as the IT1. The electronics are integrated in a robust, IP65-protected stainless steel housing. The IT1 Ex2/22 is available with power supplies for 110–240 V AC (mains cable with free ends), 12–24 V DC, or an external battery.
IT2000M
The modular, DIN rail-mounted weighing module IT2000M is designed for weighing and batching tasks in automated systems and can be used as: - W&M approved filling controller with MID type approval certificate, or - Weighing / batching module with integrated data archive, remotely controlled over fieldbus. The powerful ARM processor system provides at least 800 weight updates per second and controls the complete filling system over up to 14 fast internal inputs / outputs - with W&M approved accuracy, with maximum throughput, minimum installation space requirements and at a surprisingly low price. Ethernet TCP/IP and USB interfaces are standard. Fieldbus interfaces are available as options: Profinet, Profibus DP, Ethernet/IP and Modbus TCP. Serial, analog and pulse counting interfaces are also available, as well as I/O expansions with up to 64 I/Os. The keyboard / display module can also be supplied separately for panel-mount installation. Operation and configuration can be made either via keyboard and display or over a password-protected webserver.
IT3
Just as its predecessor, IT3 provides a variety of preinstalled standard applications, which make it the right choice not only for weighing and data capturing, but also for one- or two-speed filling with tare check and preact optimization, checkweighing and truck scale installations. The 5" (127 mm) high-contrast, high-resolution color display provides a weight display with a height of 32 mm, clearly readable from a distance, and an additional display line for messages or operator prompts and entries. Together with keys for taring and zero setting, IT3 features 5 softkeys whose program-dependent functions are indicated on the display. A numeric keypad is available for convenient entry of tare weights and values, it also permits the entry of texts. IT3 provides connection to one or two analog scale bases with a W&M approved resolution of up to 10,000 increments. As an alternative, also digital force transducers can be connected, e.g. for use in a truck scale installation. The optional W&M approved weight memory (data archive) has a storage capacity for 1 million weighings and guarantees the traceability also to transactions made at a much earlier point in time. IT3 has EC approval as a non-automatic weighing instrument. IT3 fits seamlessly into the SysTec product range of industrial weighing terminals. It is available as wall-mount / desk-top version protected to IP65/IP69K and also as panel-mount version. Power supply can either be made via 110–240 VAC or 12–24 VDC. Also a version for supply through an external rechargeable battery is available, which makes IT3 the perfect unit for mobile applications.

IT5 - compact weighing indicator
With its compact dimensions (WxHxD: 14.4 x 7.2 x 12 cm), the new IT5 weighing indicator is designed for panel-mount installation. The new SysTec device is ideal for industrial weighing and control tasks. It convinces with intuitive operator prompting via TFT color touch screen and is also suitable for glove operation. All connections at the rear of the device are pluggable. The modular concept with 3 internal slots and a wide range of plug-in cards allows a variety of configurations. Thus, the IT5 is a space-saving weighing indicator suitable for various industrial applications.
IT6000ET
