      Rotaryvalve RES

The new rotary valve RES from TOREX® The TOREX® organization has grown very quickly over the years and is a real specialist in the controlled processing of powders and granulates through a large program of, among other things, loading bellows, diverter valves and rotary valves. For example, TOREX® is currently one of the larger players in the field of rotary valves in the world, and they produce a wide range of versions in cast iron and stainless steel. The program includes various drop-through and blow-through sluice gates, which vary from a simple dust sluice to sluice gate versions for the processing of powders and granules with critical properties, hygiene or where quick access plays a role. By constantly investing in the development of new machines and production methods, a recent result of this is the rotary valve type RES that can be seen at the Solids 2023. The rotor of the lock can be pulled out by means of an innovative rail system and is therefore easy and quick to inspect or clean. An innovation that immediately yields a great advantage for many relations. This model will also be available in the future as a through valve (REC) or blow through valve (RES). The characteristics of the rotary valve type “RES/REC” are: - PN 10 flanges - 4 capacities 5 - 10 - 20, and 35 liters per revolution - 4 pipe diameters 2”, 3”, 4” and 5” inch - Quick access to the heart of the machine - Standard stainless steel 316 version - Available in an ATEX zone 20/22 and EU1935/2004 version

    2. Rupture Disc and Safety Valve

      Rupture Disc and Safety Valve

Rupture discs and safety valves can be combined in two different configurations: The rupture disc can be installed below the safety valve or the two pressure relief systems installed prallel. If the systems are installed next to each other, the response pressure of the rupture disc is higher than that of the safety valve. If the rise in pressure is so large and rapid that the safety valve cannot respond sufficiently quickly or if it fails to open, the rupture disc serves as a reliable backup system to relieve the pressure. If the rupture disc is installed below the safety valve it can perform a number of roles.

    3. Russell Finex's Vibrasonic® Deblinding system

      Russell Finex's Vibrasonic® Deblinding system

When sieving difficult powders, the safety and security of mesh screens is of paramount importance to the overall condition and accuracy of any separation solution. Blinding and blocking of the mesh screen, caused by oversized contamination or large particles, are serious issues for companies whose production line relies upon consistent and reliable machinery. Russell Finex’s revolutionary deblinding system eliminates mesh blinding and blockages, increasing both productivity and longevity of the mesh screen itself. When the Vibrasonic® is activated, it allows the mesh screen to stay clean, providing operators with a reliable and consistent flow rate. Suitable for a variety of different industries, from food and beverage, to coatings, ceramics, and pharmaceuticals, the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System can be retrofitted to any existing Russell Finex sieve, as well as non-Russell equipment.

    4. SAMOS - Side channel blowers

      SAMOS - Side channel blowers

SAMOS side channel blowers are the ideal choice for all applications, where a pulsation-free volume flow is required. They can be used to generate vacuum and overpressure. These side channel blowers are available as single- and two-stage versions. Their die-cast aluminum or cast-iron construction makes them very robust. SAMOS side channel blowers have a dynamically balanced impeller made of aluminum alloy. Thus, they generate very low vibration and noise levels. The large variety of sizes gives you the opportunity to choose the perfect SAMOS for any application, both technically and economically. An extensive range of accessories completes the portfolio. The smooth-running vacuum and overpressure generator! - Robust construction - Reliable performance with an exceptional high uptime - Low noise levels - High differential pressures and pumping speeds - Nearly maintenance-free - Dry and contact-free operation - cCSAus-certified

    5. Samplers

      Samplers

Traceability and product safety enforce manufacturers to regularly test and analyze their products. In addition, it is important that you can rely on representative product samples, without disrupting the production process. Representative and reliable A well-taken product sample gives a correct representation of the production. An incorrect or inconsistent sample can lead to unnecessary and costly production losses, delays in delivery times, customer rejection, etc. TBMA offers a complete range of automatic samplers. These give a representative and reliable image and are applicable for granules, flakes and powders. Our samplers are suitable for use bunkers and down spouts or in pneumatic transport systems. In most cases, they can be integrated into existing systems.

    6. Screw elevators

      Screw elevators

Screw elevators are reliable and trouble-free machines with a long life span. Specially developed to automatically and safely transport powders and granulates from a lower to a higher area, they are widely used in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and plastics industries. Screw elevators are closed transport systems that allow you to add dosed powders, pellets and granules to, for example, filling lines, silos and mixing tanks. The machine consists of a hopper with an inclined screw conveyor. The product is poured into the hopper, after which the screw conveyor transports the material upwards. The screw elevators we supply meet your requirements exactly. You specify what the delivery height of the screw elevator should be. And do you want to use the machine for multiple products or at multiple locations? If so, we can supply a mobile version. Our systems meet your requirements, not the other way around!
